Comprehensive Plan

The comprehensive plan is the culmination of a planning process that establishes the official land use policy of a community and presents goals and a vision for the future that guides official decision making.

The updated plan attempts to answer 3 questions:

1. What are the current conditions of the town?
2. What do we want for the future of our town?
3. How can we get to that future?

Because this Comprehensive Plan is the basis of all laws and actions by the town's government, the updated Plan represents the goals of everyone with a stake in the town's future.
